Does SpiritualMinds.com ever have access to my credit card #?
No. PayPal processes the credit card and provides transaction verification of your payment. Because your credit card # is never stored on our site you never have to worry about your credit card being stolen from our site or databases. No employee or associate of SpiritualMinds.com will ever know what your credit card # is.

When will my order ship?
Orders received and verified from PayPal usually ship within 1 business day. Orders received on business days before 12PM central time will usually ship the same business day. If shipment is delayed for any reason longer than 5 business days you will be notified. All orders are shipped UPS ground or Priority Mail.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns up to 10 days with no restocking fee. We will accept returns up to 30 days with a 15% restocking fee. Shipping & handling is non-refundable on all transactions. Items such as food, vitamins, nutrients or any other consumable type products may not be returned. If you need to return an item email us at info@spiritualminds.com for an RMA number.
Can I place an order by check or money order?

Can you ship outside the United States?
We have shipped successfully to Switzerland and Denmark. If you wish us to ship internationally you must agree to pay all international shipping costs. We will contact you after you have placed your order with exact shipping costs. You will then be given the opportunity to send the shipping fees or choose to have the order cancelled at no charge. You are also fully responsible for any customs fees and following any local or regional laws regarding the use of SpiritualMinds.com products.
